Licensing and Permissive System and Company Registration
Experts of our company will render you necessary assistance in respect of preparation and analysis of the qualification requirements documents. Specialists of our firm will submit documents to the licensing body, and following Client’s completion of all procedures on qualifying requirements, they will receive the licence on your behalf. Consideration and the analysis of documents concerning their conformity with the qualifying requirements will be completed in the shortest, possible terms.
Experts of our company will provide the necessary support during registration, re-registration and liquidation of the legal person. They will assist in the process of registration of amendments and additions to the constituent and registration documents, which do not include re-registration of the legal person. Studying, preparation and receipt of the necessary registered documents is completed in the shortest terms according to the current legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan.

- UMEX Law experts list, i.e. those will provide the service to the Client;
- UMEX Law services costs;
- reporting forms and procedures in respect of the work completed by our firm at your request.
