- terms in respect of the the approved scope of work performed at the enterprise of the Client;
- UMEX Law Firm experts list, i.e. those will provide the service to the Client;
- UMEX Law Firm services costs;
- reporting forms and procedures in respect of the work completed by our firm at your request.
